Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how refund and cancellation requests are handled for paid AstitvaHub plans.

Refund requests may be raised within 7 days of payment for duplicate payments, failed service activation, incorrect charges or if the purchased digital service was not delivered.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds may be declined if the paid plan has been substantially used, if the account violates platform rules, or if the request is raised after the refund window.
Processing time
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method through Cashfree or the relevant payment channel. Bank and payment network timelines may vary, usually taking 5 to 7 business days after approval.
Cancellation
Customers can request cancellation or downgrade support by email. Lifetime digital plan purchases remain active unless refunded, suspended for policy reasons or otherwise stated on the plan page.
